How far in advance should I book my ride?
To guarantee availability during peak morning and afternoon periods, we recommend scheduling your booking at least 24 to 48 hours in advance. Same-day service is subject to vehicle availability at the time of the request.
Do you accept Medicaid or private insurance?
We are currently working toward accepting Medicaid for eligible transportation needs. At this time, we operate on a private-pay basis via major credit cards, providing clear electronic invoicing for all services rendered.
